ELISA (recommended work dilution= 1:1000-5000), Western Blotting, Immunostaining(recommended work dilution= 1:50), (see image) Nuclear translocation of Relish after bacterial challenge: Third instar larva were parenterally challenged with Erwinia carotovora (a natural fly pathogen). After 2 hours, the larval fat body was dissected, fixed with paraformaldehyde, and immunostained with RB-14-0004 (1/50 dilution), followed by secondary incubation with Goat anti-rabbit-Cy5. Tissues were also stained with SYTO24 DNA stain. Images captured by confocal microscopy
