This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by cross adsorptions to remove unwanted specificities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgA and Mouse IgM. No reaction was obserbed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse isotypes and chain combinations.
