• Anwendungsbeschreibung: TM-25659 is a TAZ activator that significantly increases TAZ nuclear localization. It suppressed PPARgamma-dependent adipogenesis and enhanced osteoblast differentiation in vitro and in vivo.1 TM-25659 decreased insulin resistance and inflammation in mice via activation of GCN2 pathways.2 It promoted osteogenic differentiation in both adipose-derived stem cells3 and mesenchymal stem cells4.
