LC3, a mammalian homologue of yeast ATG8, is a soluble protein that is distributed ubiquitously in mammalian tissues and cultured cells. LC3 has been studied most extensively and is frequently used as an autophagy marker in mammals. 

This LC3 antibody is validated for multiple applications (WB, ICC, IP, FCM) and has over 25 citations. This is a monoclonal antibody of 200 μg targeting LC3 for FCM, ICC, IP, WB.
