Chikungunya virus ImmuneSelect peptide pool is composed of 42 peptides derived from the following proteins: Structural polyprotein (UniProt:Q8JUX5) Polyprotein P1234 (UniProt:Q8JUX6) The peptides include both MHC-II epitopes and the purity of each peptide is 90% (HPLC-MS). The in vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with Chikungya virus ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
