Synchroset is constituted from two solutions, A and B, which added to the culture medium following an extremely simple protocol, allow the synchronization of the cell cycle in both lymphocytes and bone marrow cells.
Synchroset is a reagent that can be used routinely in the lab, and is also suitable for the production of high number of prometaphases in which the chromosomes are appropriate for high resolution banding techniques (up to 850-1000 bands per haploid set). This methodology is suitable for more precise identification of breakpoints and minor abnormalities such as micro deletions, which often cause severe plurimalformative conditions.

This 50-test CE-IVD kit comprises 4 tubes of Solution A and 4 tubes of Solution B.
