AtlasPlex is a flexible, ready-to-use multiplexing immunohistochemistry assay that brings high-throughput, iterative mIHC to FFPE tissue with unmatched clarity.

Designed to detect up to five biomarkers per day, AtlasPlex combines a complete, pre-validated TSA kit with 3 or 5 pre-biotinylated antibodies and tyramide dyes, eliminating the need for secondary antibodies and complex optimization.

Choose from an unparalleled selection of more than 12,000 Human Protein Atlas–validated targets, you can design fully customizable panels without pre-set restrictions, ensuring maximum flexibility across diverse research areas. There are 4 AtlasPlex kit combinations to choose from: Standard (perfect for pilot studies or initial system testing) or Large (ideal for high-throughput or large-scale studies), 3 or 5 plex.
