AlphaThera developed a patented new Antibody conjugation method: oYo-Link® Conjugation Technology can be used to site-specifically and covalently label the Fc region of almost any “off-the-shelf” antibody with biotin, click chemistry tags (e.g. azide, DBCO), enzymes (e.g. MNase), HyperBright™ fluorescent labels, oligonucleotides, and more. oYo-Link® equips researchers with a superior, site-specific antibody conjugation method that improves antibody binding and enhances assay performance over competing labeling methods.
