Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant full-length Nucleocapsid proteins derived from different strains of SARS-CoV-2 virus (Wild type or B.1.617.2 delta variant) (21.91-0.34 nM). Coated protein was probed with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid antibody [HL344] (GTX635679) (1 μg/mL). Rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid antibody [HL344] (GTX635679) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
