Product Description

TransIT-Oligo Transfection Reagent has been optimized for oligo delivery and has proven success with transfection of short nucleic acids (<200 bases or bp). It may also be used for co-transfection of plasmid DNA with short oligos. TransIT-Oligo Transfection Reagent offers: - Unique Formulation: Maximize transfection performance of oligonucleotides into a wide range of cells. - Low Cellular Toxicity: Maintain cell density and reduce experimental biases. - High Efficiency Delivery: Achieve high transfection efficiency in cells to ensure experimental success. Just one milliliter is sufficient to perform up to 500 transfections in 24-well plates.
