The TransIT-mRNA Transfection Kit provides high efficiency transfection of large RNA molecules such as mRNA or viral RNA, is easy to use and minimizes cellular toxicity due to its ability to transfect RNA in the presence of serum. The kit consists of the TransIT-mRNA Reagent - a novel, non-liposomal cationic polymer/lipid formulation and the mRNA Boost Reagent - a proprietary compound.
