ADP-ribosylhydrolase like 2, also known as ADPRHL2, is a member of the ADP- ribosylglycohydrolase family. Expressed ubiquitously, ADPRHL2 uses magnesium as a cofactor to catalyze the hydrolysis of poly (ADP-ribose) that is synthesized after DNA damage. Also, ADPRHL2 plays an important role in the maintenance of normal neuronal cell function. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-363 of human ADPRHL2, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
