Product Description

Tumor rejection antigen 1(TRA1) is expressed on the surface of human teratocarcinoma stem cells (EC), human embryonic germ cells (EG) and human embryonic stem cells (ES). TRA1 is a marker protein of these stem cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:100-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: SP2/O myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
