Full Length TRIM5 produced in the E. coli Expression System as a hexa-His fusion protein. Approximate mol.wt: 61kD. Specificity: This protein binds to Human anti-TRIM5 murine antibodies as determined by ELISA and Western ELISA. Biological Activity: HIV-1 core protein binding assay pending. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
