The IL-1ra3 belongs to the IL-1 system which includes two agonists (IL-1a and IL-1b), converting enzymes, antagonistic two receptors (IL-1 R1 and IL-1 RII) and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10 Western Blot: 1:10 ELISA: 1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
