Jel 103 was selected from a hybridoma cell line generated by the fusion of the MOPC 315-43 myeloma cell line with mouse spleen cells derived from C57/B1 mice which had been immunized with poly(rI)poly(dC) duplex complexed to methylated bovine serum albumin.
