F11.2.32 was prepared by generating a hybridoma cell line in which myeloma cells were fused with splenocytes derived from BALB/c mice immunized with HIV-1 PR in the presence of Freunds adjuvant. F11.2.32 was selected for its ability to bind to HIV-1 PR by ELISA.
