Produktbeschreibung

The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with second extracellular loop of the C3aR (amino acid residues 173-332) fused to glutathione-S-transferase (GST). A combinatorial phage library was generated expressing scFv antibodies and panned against second extracellular loop of the C3aR, fused to the maltose binding protein as antigen.
