The original antibody was generated by cloning the light chain and heavy chain variable region genes VL and VH of the anti-human VEGFR-2 antibody from the self-constructed and cultured anti-human VEGFR-2 murine monoclonal antibody mAb hybridoma cell line and using a set of designed primers to chimerically recombine mouse VL and VH with CL and CH of human IgG1.
