The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with synthetic zebrafish CYP1A peptide (VMEHYDTFDKDNIRDITDSLINHC) conjugated to KLH at the C-terminus cysteine. The resulting hybridomas were re-screened by ELISA against the core sequence (IRDITDSLI) to obtain this antibody.
