Produktbeschreibung

The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with inactivated SFTS virus antigen. The inactivated virus was obtained by inoculating Vero E6 cells with SFTS virus and culturing the cells for 5-7 days at RT. Later one the cells were treated with Binary Ethylenimine (BEI) to inactivate the virus.
