Flow cytometry:1X10 6 C57BL/6 bone marrow cells were surface-stained with ABflo 450 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD117/c-Kit mAb (A25474,5 µl/Test) and ABflo 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control (A22070,5 µl/Test,left) or ABflo 647 Rabbit anti-Mouse Flt3/CD135 mAb (A27983,0.25µg,right).
