Flow cytometry: 1X10 6 Th2-polarized C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (treated with 50ng/ml PMA+1µg/ml Ionomycin+1µg/ml Brefeldin A or 2µM Monensin for 6 hours) were surface-stained with ABflo 450 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD4 mAb (A25941,5 µl/Test) and then intracellularly-stained with PE Rabbit IgG isotype control (A24172,5 µl/Test,left) or PE Rabbit anti-Mouse IL4 mAb (A28465,0.5 µg,right).
