Produktbeschreibung

This gene encodes a multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the CXC chemokine receptor family. It is expressed in mature B-cells and Burkitts lymphoma. This cytokine receptor binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), and is involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.

Flow cytometry: 1X10 6 Human PBMC were surface-stained with ABflo 488 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD19 mAb (A23008,5 µl/Test) and APC/Cyanine7 Rabbit IgG isotype control (5 µl/Test,left) or APC/Cyanine7 Rabbit anti-Human CD185/CXCR5 mAb (A28489,5 µl/Test,right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
