The 6-fluorescence Human TBNK panel has been designed for reliable identification of human T, B, and NK lymphocyte populations in human blood or tissue samples. ABflo multi-fluorescence panel RK40002 covers the core CD markers of CD45, CD3, CD19, CD56, CD4, and CD8a. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD3+ T cells, CD4+ Th cells, CD8+ CTL cells, CD19+ B cells, CD56bright NK cells, CD56dim NK cells, CD19+ CD56+ NK cell subsets, and CD3+ CD56+ NK T cells (cite figures).

Multicolor flow cytometry panel to identify Human TBNK cell subsets. Human PBMC were surface stained with ABflo 488 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD45 mAb (A22494,5 µL/Test), PerCP/Cyanine5.5 Mouse anti-Human CD3 mAb (A22797,5 µL/Test), ABflo 594 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD4 mAb (A25282,5 µL/Test), APC Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD8a mAb (A24799,5 µL/Test), PE Mouse anti-Human CD19 mAb (A22816,5 µL/Test), APC/Cyanine7 Mouse anti-Human CD56 mAb (A22828,5 µL/Test). All antibodies are validated for Flow cytometry. CD4+ T lymphocytes are defined as CD3+CD4+, CD8+ T lymphocytes are defined as CD3+CD8+, B cells are CD3-CD19+, NK cells are defined as CD3-CD56bright, CD3-CD56dim, NKT cells are CD3+CD56+.
