The 3-fluorescence Mouse MDSC Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype MDSCs Subsets in Mouse blood or tissue samples. ABflo multi-fluorescence panel RK40017 covers the core CD markers of CD11b, Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1) and Ly-6G. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD11b+Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1)+ MDSCs and Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1)+Ly-6G+ PMN-MDSCs (cite figures).

Multicolor flow cytometry panel to identify Mouse MDSCs Subsets. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were surface stained with ABflo 647 Rabbit anti-Mouse CD11b mAb (A24095,5 µL/Test), ABflo 488 Rat anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1) mAb (A26901,5 µL/Test), PE Rat anti-Mouse Ly-6G mAb (A27159,5 µL/Test). All antibodies are validated for Flow cytometry. MDSCs are defined as CD11b+Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1)+, PMN-MDSCs are defined as Ly-6G/Ly-6C (Gr-1)+Ly-6G+.
