The 5-fluorescence Human ASCs B cell Panel has been designed for identify and phenotype B cells in Human blood or tissue samples. ABflo multi-fluorescence panel RK40019 covers the core CD markers of CD19, CD20, CD27, CD38 and CD24. Our plots showed clear subgroups of CD19+ B cells, CD38highCD24high Transitional B cells and CD27+CD38high Antibody secreting cells (cite figures).

Multicolor flow cytometry panel to identify Human B cell subsets. Human PBMC were surface stained with PE Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD19 mAb (A26609,5 µL/Test), ABflo 450 Rabbit anti-Human/Monkey CD20 mAb (A26465,5 µL/Test), ABflo 488 Rabbit anti-Human CD27 mAb (A22063,5 µL/Test), ABflo 700 Rabbit anti-Human CD38 mAb (A27140,5 µL/Test), ABflo 647 Rabbit anti-Human CD24 mAb (A25381,5 µL/Test). All antibodies are validated for Flow cytometry. B cells are defined as CD19+, Transitional B cells are defined as CD38highCD24high, Antibody secreting cells (ASCs) are defined as CD27+CD38high.
