C1q R1, also known as CD93 and C1q Rp, is an approximately 125 kDa cell-surface glycoprotein and type I membrane protei. The protein expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, endothelial cells, and stem cells.CD93 was originally identified as a myeloid cell-specific marker. but now is thought to instead be involved in intercellular adhesion and in the clearance of apoptotic cells. The intracellular cytoplasmic tail of this protein has been found to interact with moesin, a protein known to play a role in linking transmembrane proteins to the cytoskeleton and in the remodelling of the cytoskeleton.

Anwendungsbeschreibung:
Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Recombinant Human C1qR/CD93 Protein was determined by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions with Coomassie Blue.
