TMIGD2 is a single-pass type I membrane protein, which contains one Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Itis widely expressed in many tissues, such as epithelial, endothelial cells and lung. However, it isnt detected inthyroid, cerebellum, thymus and cerebral cortex. TMIGD2 can form homophilic interactions that could regulatecell-cell interaction. It Interacts with CACNB2, DST, MIA and NCKIPSD. It is shown that TMIGD2 plays a role incell-cell interaction, cell migration, and angiogenesis.

Anwendungsbeschreibung:
Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein.
