Human Angiopoietin-4 (Ang-4) (1), alternatively named Ang-3 (2), is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the angiopoietin family. It has the characteristic structural motifs of angiopoietins including the coiled-coiled domain near the amino-terminus and a fibrinogen-like domain at the C-terminus.

Cross-Reactivity: Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Recombinant Human Angiopoietin-4/ANG-4/ANGPT4(23-503) Protein was determined by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions with Coomassie Blue.
