Produktbeschreibung

The NF-kB Leeporter(TM) GFP Reporter cell line is a stably transfected HEK293 cell line, which expresses enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) reporter gene under the transcriptional control of the NF-kB response element. NF-kB is a key transcription factor that is involved in immune and inflammatory responses, developmental processes, cellular growth and apoptosis. The NF-kB induction by TNF-alpha is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
