This enzyme has 2 substrates ((D) -lactate & ferricytochrome c), thus, it has 2 end products (pyruvate & ferrocytochrome c).LDHA E.Coli Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 353 amino acids (1-329) and having a molecular mass of 39.1 kDa.LDHA E.Coli is fused to a 24 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
