Protein conjugates prepared with Fluorescent Dye 405-I Succinimidyl Ester are bright with fluorescence unaffected by pH in the physiological range (pH 4-10). Fluorescent Dye 405-I Succinimidyl Ester labeled conjugates are excellent violet laser reagents for flow cytometry research.
