Fluorescence emission of Fluorescence Dye 700-I is well separated from that of other commonly used red fluorophores, such as TAMRA, Fluorescent Dye 647-I and R-phycoerythrin, making it ideal for multi-color labeling.

Anwendungsbeschreibung

• Application Verdünnung: Labeling via Streptavidin for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis. For most fluorescent streptavidin applications, a concentration of 1-20 ug/mL is sufficient.The optimal working dilution should be determined by the
