This gene encodes a multipass membrane protein that belongs to the CXC chemokine receptor family. It is expressed in mature Bcells and Burkitts lymphoma. This cytokine receptor binds to Blymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), and is involved in Bcell migration into Bcell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches.
