Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase3 (NTPDase3), encoded by the ENTPD3 gene and also known as CD39L3, is an integral membrane protein with an extracellular active site (1). Recombinant human NTPDase3 was expressed as a protein lacking its N and Cterminal transmembrane domains, resulting in the secretion of the soluble ectodomain. NTPDase3 hydrolyzes the beta and gamma phosphate residues of nucleotides, Has a threefold preference for the hydrolysis of ATP over ADP. Through its hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotid es, NTPDase3 plays a role in the regulation of purinergic signaling. The 50x Detergent buffer A is INDISPENSABLE to maintain solubilization and activity of membrane proteins, and should be used together with membrane proteins to dilute membrane proteins or antibodies, to prepare running buffer in SPR or BLI assay, etc. The 50x Detergent buffer A should be diluted with assay buffer solutions to prepare 1x working solution just before experiment.
