The HLAA*02:01&B2M&Survivin (LTLGEFLKL) complex is a key antigenpresenting complex in the immune system. HLAA*02:01, a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule, forms a stable heterodimer with beta2microglobulin (B2M). Subsequently, this dimer binds to the Survivinderived peptide LTLGEFLKL-a specific epitope of Survivin, an antiapoptotic protein overexpressed in various tumors.
