IL17RB (EVI27, IL17Rh1) is a single pass transmembrane receptor which belongs to IL17R family of cytokine receptors. It was found to be expressed in liver, brain, testis and lungs. The ligand for IL17RB is IL17E, also known as IL25. The five IL17 receptors (IL17RAIL17RE) exhibit considerable sequence divergence between one another, but all appear to contain extracellular domains composed of fibronectin typeIII (FnIII) domains, and cytoplasmic SEF/IL17R (SEFIR) domains that show loose homology to Toll/IL1R (TLR) domains. - Proteine/Peptide
