Produktbeschreibung

Integrin alpha5/beta1 is a receptor for ibrinogen. Integrin alpha1/beta1, alpha2/beta1, alpha6/beta1 and alpha7/beta1 are receptors for lamimin. Integrin alpha4/beta1 is a receptor for VCAM1. It recognizes the sequence QIDS in VCAM1. Integrin alpha9/beta1 is a receptor for VCAM1, cytotactin and osteopontin. It recognizes the sequence AEIDGIEL in cytotactin. Integrin alphaV/beta1 is also a receptor for vitronectin. Beta1 integrins recognize the sequence RGD in a wide array of ligands. Isoform 2 interferes with isoform 1 resulting in a dominant negative effect on cell adhesion and migration (in vitro). When associated with alpha7/beta1 integrin, regulates cell adhesion and laminin matrix deposition. - Proteine/Peptide
