CD200 is also known as OX2 membrane glycoprotein (OX2), is a type1 membrane glycoprotein, which contains two immunoglobulin domains (1 Iglike C2type (immunoglobulinlike) domain and Iglike Vtype (immunoglobulinlike) domain), and thus belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD200 / OX2 is widely expressed in multiple cell types. CD200 interacts with a structurally related receptor (CD200R) expressed mainly on myeloid cells and is involved in regulation of macrophage and mast cell function. OX2 / CD200 and CD200R associate via their respective Nterminal Iglike domains. CD200 also plays an important role in prevention of graft rejection, autoimmune diseases and spontaneous abortion. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Human CD200, His Tag (Cat. No. OX2-H5228) at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD200 R1, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. CR2-H82F4) with a linear range of 1-31 ng/mL (QC tested).
Human CD200, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 98%.
