The siglecs (sialic acidbinding Iglike lectins) are a distinct subset of the Ig superfamily with adhesionmoleculelike structure. We describe here a novel member of the siglec protein family that shares a similar structure including five Iglike domains, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic tail containing two ITIMsignaling motifs. Siglec10 was identified through database mining of an asthmatic eosinophil EST library. The Siglec10VAP1 interaction seems to mediate lymphocyte adhesion to endothelium and has the potential to modify the inflammatory microenvironment via the enzymatic end products. - Proteine/Peptide
Immobilized Human Siglec-10, Fc Tag (Cat. No. SI0-H5253) at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Anti-Human Siglec-10 MAb, human IgG with a linear range of 0.6-10 ng/mL (QC tested).
Human Siglec-10, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
