LY294002 is a highly selective PI3K inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.31, 0.73, 1.06 and 6.60 µM for PI3Kbeta, PI3Kalpha, PI3Kdelta and PI3Kgamma respectively. LY294002 also inhibits CK2 with an IC50 of 98 nM. LY294002 is a competitive DNA-PK inhibitor that binds reversibly to the kinase domain of DNA-PK with an IC50 of 1.4 µM.
