Mitotracker green FM is a mitochondrial green fluorescent dye whose localization in mitochondria is not affected by mitochondrial membrane potential. The dye can dye the cells alive, but it will cause the loss of fluorescence signal after fixation with aldehyde fixatives. The maximum excitation / emission wavelength is 490 / 516nm- Store in the dark and dry at 20 °C.
