Produktbeschreibung

Tranylcypromine HCl is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, which inhibits CYP2A6 with Ki of 0.08 µM and 0.2 µM in cDNA-expressing microsomes and Human Liver Microsomes, respectively. Tranylcypromine hydrochloride inhibits LSD1, MAO A and MAO B with IC50s of 20.7, 2.3 and 0.95 µM, respectively.
