CalRexin(TM):680 (mouse IgG1:680) is an anti-human Calcitonin Receptor monoclonal-antibody:680 fluorophore conjugate, designed for sensitive imaging of apoptosis. CalRexin(TM) imaging reagents can be readily incorporated into standard workflows, are able to identify sub-populations of stressed (dying) cells and provide exceptional image clarity of cells undergoing apoptosis. They are suitable for live, non-invasive cell imaging, using confocal microscopy and flow cytometry platforms, including in post-fixed cells. The imaging reagents cross-react with other species as well. CalRexin(TM) is available in a broad range of fluorophores (488, 568, 647 & 680) allows for multiplexing with other detection reagents, supporting advanced cellular analyses and high-fidelity data including live, apoptotic, transitioning and dead cell populations. Key terms: apoptosis, dying cells, live cell imaging, calcitonin receptor antibody, monoclonal antibody.
