CalRexin(TM): pHrodo(TM) Red is a mouse IgG1 based anti-human Calcitonin Receptor imaging reagent that represents a significant technical advancement for the dynamic monitoring of autophagic flux in real time. This reagent is a powerful addition to the drug discovery tool-kit. Unlike alternatives, CalRexin(TM): pHrodo(TM) Red can be used on high throughput/content platforms for primary screening for novel modulators of autophagy. . Real-time, autophagy monitoring in live cells, at multiple timepoints for 72 hours is now possible on high-throughput/content imaging, advancing drug discovery like never before. CalRexin(TM): pHrodo(TM) Red passes through and identifies sequential structures of the autophagy pathway from the early endosomes to autolysosomes. It resists photobleaching and is extremely stable, enabling multiple imaging of live cells on high throughput instrument platforms over a period of up to72 hours, ideal for drug discovery.
