DPYSL3 is necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. DPYSL3 plays a role in axon guidance, neuronal growth cone collapse and cell migration.

25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment. Peptide is present in both the canonical 62 kDa isoform as well as a larger 74 kDa isoform. Protein may be modified by phosphorylation.

DRYSL3 was immunoprecipitated from 1 mg HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate with ARP51962_P050 with 1:200 dilution. Western blot was performed using ARP51962_P050 at 1/1000 dilution.
