Produktbeschreibung

This gene encodes a protein with a markedly acidic C terminus, the basic N-terminus is highly homologous to the N-terminus of a related gene, CNN1. Members of the CNN gene family all contain similar tandemly repeated motifs. This encoded protein is associated with the cytoskeleton but is not involved in contraction.

HAP1 WT and CNN3 KO cells were labelled with a green or a far-red fluorescent dye, respectively. WT and KO cells were mixed and plated to a 1:1 ratio in a 96-well plate as a mosaic culture. Cells were stained with ARP85343_P050 at a dilution of 1/500 and with an anti-rabbit Alexa-fluor 555 coupled secondary antibody including DAPI. WT and KO cells are outlined with green and magenta dashed line, respectively. Bars = 10um.

CNN3 was immunoprecipitated from HAP1 WT cell lysates using 2ug of ARP85343_P050 coupled to Dynabeads protein A. The Ponceau stained transfer shown below. SM=4% starting material, UB=4% unbound fraction, IP=immunoprecipitated, HC=antibody heavy chain.
