TLR11 antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to 16 amino acids between the middle and carboxy terminus of mouse TLR11. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of TLR11.
Participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response.
