Down-regulates the BMP4 signaling in a dose-dependent manner (PubMed:15133038). Antagonist of BMP2, inhibits BMP2-mediated differentiation of osteoblasts (in vitro) (By similarity). Acts as inhibitor of monocyte chemotaxis (By similarity).
